The secret is to use the right product for your hair type, and I'm not talking about the usual distinction between curly hair and straight hair, but much more.

Today I will tell you about the restructuring mask, super ally of the hair of us women always and very underrated.

The correct use of the restructuring mask is to use it at least once a week, in different ways:

• In the shower after shampooing for hair that is not too damaged but needs care for good maintenance. Leave on hair for 5 minutes to allow the product to take effect and rinse thoroughly.
• Wet the hair and put the mask on the hair outside the shower, like a normal hair mask, leaving it on for 10/15 minutes. I advise you to use this method especially if your hair is particularly stressed and damaged.
