3. How can I file a complaint?
We hope your COSMO BEAUTY purchase has fully met your expectations. If this is not the case and you wish to submit a complaint relating to the product purchased or the COSMO BEAUTY service received, please contact our Customer Service by writing to info@pythaircare.com. We will try to resolve your situation in the best possible way.


4. What are the shipping times?

Cosmo Beauty srl is committed every day to ensure that you receive what you want in the shortest possible time. The shipping service in Italy is free for all orders over €60. For orders under €60, shipping will be €5.90. Shipping times are linked to the timing of the company that will take care of the delivery of your purchase. Generally the shipper takes from 2 to 3 working days to deliver the parcel on the Italian territory, with a high probability of using it even between 4 and 5 working days in the case of purchases in the islands. If you have any problems with your shipments, we will be happy to help you resolve the issue as soon as possible. Your product will be shipped via courier within Italy and your signature will be required upon delivery. 5.How can I register my product?

Don't worry, everything is easier with us! All you need to do is keep the receipt and the box, the guarantee is activated from the moment of purchase, without the need to register the product! Easy, right?

1. What type of grip do COSMO BEAUTY products have?
COSMO BEAUTY products have a European plug.


2. How can I protect the power cord of the product?
Once the straighteners and curlers have cooled down, fold the cord the same way it was stored in the original packaging. Avoid wrapping it around your hand or around the body of the instrument and do not use it for hanging.


3. How do I clean my straightener/curler?
Wipe the straightener/curler with a clean, damp cloth to remove dirt. For more information, read the section dedicated to product care.
