Reuse the original packaging, send the product via your preferred postage method and, if offered, ask for proof of postage. Please remember that you are responsible for the return until the parcel reaches us and that the direct cost of returning the goods is borne by the consumer.
The products to be returned must be delivered to the courier within fourteen (14) days from the date on which you notified the Seller of your decision to withdraw from the contract.
You can expect to receive a refund within two weeks of the product arriving at our warehouse. Once we have processed your return, you will receive a refund confirmation email.
